To ensure best coverage, remove dirt and dust buildup from house using a pressure washer.

Walk around entire perimeter of house taking note of damaged surfaces such as: wood, masonry, metal, siding or stucco. Apply proper finishing techniques to address damages

Once exterior is dry, remove chipped and loose paint.

Fill any gaps between house and trim around doors and windows

Apply one coat of stain-blocking primer to stained area.

Cover doors, windows and lighting fixtures as well as electrical/plumbing/hvac, and anything not intended to receive paint

Depending on the substrate where the paint will be applied, it may need to be primed. Primer is not necessary when a fresh coat of existing color is being applied.

With the color selection, begin the paint process. This will be done with a mixture of spray, rolling, and brushing techniques. Oftentimes using back rolling or back brushing.

The cleanup process occurs at project sign off once the paint surface is completed. The tape and masking is removed revealing a pristine painted home
